Jeff Watney, the visionary of USM.world, revealed that Metacasa supports Universal NFT Integration (UNI) which means that static Profile Pictures (PFP), Game Characters, Music NFTs, Sports NFTs, Art NFTs, and anything under ERC-721 and ERC-1155 can be integrated into the Metacasa Metaverse effortlessly.
“We view NFTs as more than just game characters or artwork. They drive all aspects of gameplay and stat tracking in Metacasa. NFTs will be used to their full potential in Metacasa. Just like in real life, your pets, 2D houses, and other tools can now be represented by NFTs. NFTs in Metacasa will even unlock a custom visual experience,” explains Watney.
Watney also highlighted that, beyond PFPs, NFTs can take many forms: Game Characters, Music, Sports, Celebrities, and Art. And that is just scratching the surface with those few.
“All of these NFTs are looking for a home where PFPs can be displayed and game characters can come to life. A home where your friends can hang out. A 2D and 3D gallery is far more than just places to show of your NFTs. They will bring your NFTs to life and even more valuable. Most importantly, it deepens the impact of our social interactions,” noted Watney.
