Launching a Kickstarter-style crowdfunding (fundraising) campaign

The Maye Musk NFT community and bsf_ai are launching a Kickstarter-style crowdfunding (fundraising) campaign.

Donate some $RACA to gain whitelisting privileges for a free mint of a Genesis Mystery Box (GMB) on the BNB CHAIN. The method to participate and donate is through the following Descending Price Dutch Auction.

10,000 Genesis Mystery Boxes (GMB) will be up for grabs in a descending price auction at Raca3.com, available as NFTs on the BNB CHAIN.

In this Descending Price Dutch Auction, the price decreases every 6 minutes until all boxes are sold, with everyone paying the final lowest bid price.

Starting bid: 20 million $RACA

Decrease: 50k $RACA every 6 minutes

All winners pay the same price for each #GMB.

The 10,000th valid bid sets the “clearing price” for all. Bids at least twice the clearing price get multiple GMB, based on confirmation block priority.

There is no floor or resting price. The auction can end in two ways: (1) it sells out by 10,000 valid bids; or (2) the price reaches zero. We reserve the right to terminate the auction for any reason, but do not intend to do this.

Total bid divided by clearing price = your valid bids.

Each transaction is separate.

No limit on bids per wallet.

Excess funds > 250K $RACA are refunded.

Winners receive as many NFTs as they bid multiples of the clearing price per transaction.

Example: you bid 8 million $RACA; clearing price is 2.5 million $RACA; you get 3 NFTs + 500k $RACA refund.

GMB NFTs will be claimable by winning bidders on RACA3.COM. This claim will be open for at least 30 days.
