RACA Community: Investing in the BIITA Protocol
RACA DAO is pleased to announce its participation in the Pre-seed Investment Round of the BIITA Protocol, extending this opportunity to all RACA holders.
Through its investment in the BIITA Protocol’s Pre-seed Round, RACA DAO will indirectly participate in the Pre-seed Rounds of Bastrop Longevity Town and the Longevity Tower in ‘The Line’. Consequently, RACA DAO will indirectly acquire real estate in either Bastrop Longevity Town or the Longevity Tower in ‘The Line’, which will later be allocated to participating RACA donors. Donors will have the option to choose between the two projects.
How to participate in this opportunity?
RACA DAO is launching a donation campaign to support the BIITA Protocol. For every 1,000,000 RACA donated, you’ll earn a whitelist spot to mint a free Donation NFT in Q2 2026, when property development details will be revealed. These NFTs are tradable, with RACA DAO guaranteeing a floor price of at least 1,000,000 RACA for any consecutive 30-day period.
Refunds can be requested anytime before the Donation NFT minting in Q2 2026. By then, compliance and regulatory guidelines will be finalized, details about the real estate developers of Bastrop Longevity Town and the Longevity Tower in ‘The Line’ will be disclosed.
The first batch of homes is expected to be delivered between Q2 2027 and Q2 2028. You can burn your donated NFT to redeem a Home SBT, at which point the specific home information will be disclosed.
We will calculate the value of 1,000,000 RACA as $300, using a RACA price of $0.0003.
Assuming the price of a home at that time is $300,000, then 1,000 Home SBTs can be exchanged for one home. If, at that time, the market price of 1,000,000 RACA exceeds $300, the number of SBTs required to exchange for a home with a retail price of $300,000 will be calculated based on the actual market price of RACA at that time. (Note: RACA DAO does not guarantee that the price of RACA will stay above $0.0003 in the future. The price of RACA is entirely determined by the open market, and RACA DAO will never engage in any form of market manipulation. This statement is only a method for calculating how many SBTs are required to exchange for a home.)

How can RACA DAO ensure each Donation NFT can be redeemed for a Longevity Home SBT?
Answer: Real estate project development typically yields a significant profit margin. RACA DAO will indirectly obtain a portion of the profit sharing through the BIITA Protocol, qualifying to acquire homes at cost price using these profits.

Special Rewards:
Even if you request a refund immediately after the donation campaign ends (immediate regret), your participating wallet will still be whitelisted and eligible for future Dapp community launch opportunities within the BIITA ecosystem (to be determined).
